 The main activities of LLC AZEICG are the design and overhaul of the Naftalan Recreation Center using high technology, the creation of modern engineering systems for the treatment of white naphthalan products with naphthalan oil and tarred naphthalan, which has no analogues in the world according to European Union standards. Supply of medical engineering equipment for the naphthalan therapy departments, installation and commissioning of special high-tech equipment of the indoor installation of the arrow for regeneration and sterilization of white naphthalan during repeated use in the balneological bath with epidemiological safety, the naphthalan storage facility is a thermos for heating and delivery to the white balneological bath naphthalan, supplies of equipment for the preparation of naphthalan mastic, rational arrangement of workplaces, etc. The naphthalan treatment room should consist of treatment cabins for each 10 m2 naphthalan bath, excluding the working corridor with two cloakrooms adjoining them for the patient and the area of one shower cabin 2 m2 .The naphthalanal treatment room and the naphthalan treatment room should consist of treatment rooms with adjoining showers and dressing rooms.The rooms of naphthalan baths should not be located directly under the ward compartments. All treatment cabins should be open towards the working corridor with a width of at least 1 m, intended for personnel. The floor should have a slope of at least 1: 100 towards the ladder. Gangways are equipped in the corners of the hall. In health organizations, naphthalan baths should be placed only in the common room. In the presence of natural light, the bathtubs are installed so that daylight falls on the patient's face.
Electronaphthalan procedures should be carried out in a separate room arranged in compliance with the requirements for electric light therapy rooms.
When using unpackaged naphthalan, special equipment called a thermos is created. In this case, with a total number of treatment places of seven or more, the process of transportation and heating of naphthalan to its sterilization and regeneration after each patient should be mechanized. With fewer seats, naphthalan is heated and sterilized in the technical room adjacent to the hall using a sterilizer.
Naftalan is stored in a special thermos equipped with special equipment for regeneration and sterilization plants. The naphthalan storage facility should be located adjacent to the naphthalan medical clinic. It must be heated, have natural light and mechanical ventilation with a triple air exchange. For the storage and regeneration of naphthalan, it is necessary to design in enclosed spaces, protected from contaminants and atmospheric precipitation. Preferably, the naphthalan baths should be located in a separate room or in a dead-end compartment of the naphthalan medical institution, isolated from other treatment and treatment rooms. In addition to the bathroom with naphthalan, a laboratory for the preparation of naphthalan mastic should be provided. Dressing rooms for patients should communicate with the bathroom through the gateways.
It is also recommended to establish a shower department in the Naftalan Health Center between the naphthalan treatments so that when the jet shower (Sharko shower) is held, the patient is at a distance of 3.5-4 m from him. At a height of 1-1.5 m from the floor, they are attached to the wall metal handrail, which the patient should hold on to during the procedure. Separate shower units and a sitting bath should be separated by a partition made of thick opaque glass or concrete, tiled with tiles to a height of 2 m. Partitions should not reach the floor by 0.10-0.15 m The area of cabins for shower installations should be at least 1 m2. When showering, a dressing room should be provided, at the rate of 2 m2 per shower room. The area of the relaxation room after naphthalan therapy is determined based on the calculation of 2 per 1 person. Naftalan health centers should have a toilet 1-2 toilet bowls, utility rooms for storing detergents and disinfectants, as well as a room for staff.
The estimated number of procedures required to determine the area of premises in the naphthalan treatment department is recommended to be taken:
a) for physiotherapeutic procedures (naphthalan-electro-phototherapy, paraffin-naphthalan treatment, naphthalan baths - 0.7 procedures per hospital bed, for the wellness center - 0.5 procedures per visit to the doctor’s office;
b) for kinesitherapy procedures: massage, physiotherapy exercises (including a treatment bath), labor and mechanotherapy - 0.5 procedures per hospital bed, 0.3 procedures per visit to the doctor’s office in each department.

Creation of modern engineering support systems for the Naftalan health center - safe and reliable power supply, water supply, automation, ventilation and air conditioning, taking into account the requirements for cleanliness of the premises, including introduction of cleanroom systems, etc.
New approaches to ensuring the epidemiological safety of naphthalan from toxic products are supported by our new technological modern equipment. As a result, traditional and often old methods of treatment with naphthalan oil are rejected. In planning decisions of modern wellness centers both abroad and in our country this is expressed in the rejection of non-conditioning and air purification in naphthalan departments due to the maximum isolation of patients in the stations in single and double-chamber wards with approximate bathrooms, designing wards based on the principle of maximum care and patient care directly when taking naphthalan therapy and in the ward, providing anti-epidemic measures by creating and equipping rooms for proper treatment of white naphthalan sterilization and care items, rational placement premises in order to minimize the length of the flow.
